Judicial overrepresentation: when data speak louder than perceptions

New Statistics Canada data confirm a reality: Black people make up 3.7% of the adult population, but 6.2% of people accused before the courts.

"Overrepresentation is not a perception, it is a documented reality," says Ms. Julie Lutete, president of the CNFO.
